River’s Two Secrets Revealed: Meet Rylie and Shadow!
Hello, friends! River here—CEO of Dazzling Scents, Head of Security and, apparently, Keeper of Very Big Secrets.
Recently, I told you that two “big—but technically small—secrets” were coming to Dazzling Scents HQ. I have been guarding this information with the same dedication I use when protecting Mom from delivery drivers, suspicious plastic bags and leaves that move without permission.
Today, I can finally introduce our two newest family members: Rylie and Shadow!
Rylie and Shadow are Mini Australian Shepherds. That means they may be smaller than I am, but they arrived with enough energy and personality to fill the entire house.
Rylie is a beautiful little lady who carries herself like royalty. She is sweet, graceful and already knows how to make everyone fall in love with her. We recently learned that she has some damage to her hip, so Mom and Dad are making sure she receives the love and care she needs. Rylie doesn’t let it dim her spirit, though. She remains every bit the lovely little princess.
Then there is Shadow. He is handsome, curious and always ready to investigate whatever is happening. I’m showing him how things operate around Dazzling Scents HQ, including the importance of supervising Mom, inspecting incoming packages and maintaining excellent porch security.
Naturally, I will remain CEO. Someone has to maintain order around here. But I may allow Rylie and Shadow to serve as junior assistants once they complete their training.
Our family has grown, our house has become livelier and my responsibilities have increased considerably. I now have two new companions to guide, protect and occasionally remind that I was here first.
Welcome to the family, Rylie and Shadow! I think our next adventure is just beginning.
Until next time,
River the Golden Doodle
CEO of Dazzling Scents
